Badger-Tuff™
Badger-Tuff™ is designed to exceed the requirements of
the most demanding applications. This stock is best suited for
steel and related metal tags, nursery applications, sewn in tags
for products from tents to clothing, sling tags, membership cards,
and promotional items. Badger-Tuff is the best solution when strength
is important and attachment integrity is essential.
Badger-Tuff stock is available either coated or uncoated. We can
preprint the stock to work in either dot-matrix or thermal printers
or can convert blank stock for your in-plant use.

 Nomex®
When
a tag needs to be used in a demanding situation, then Nomex®
is the answer. Nomex stock can resist heat up to 400° C for
several hours. Nomex can also be written on, we can print a static
barcode on it, it remains a consistent color while going through
high heat conditions, and is thin and flexible.
One of the applications Badger created these tags for was steel
springs on mattresses. Other industries that could benefit from
its use include heat-treating facilities, foundries, and steel/metal
fabrication companies.
