The addition of our new six-color UV digital press compliments our already extensive tag and label options. The digital press is ideal for projects of short to medium runs, jobs using common and unusual substrates, as well as photo quality imaging. Combining the capabilities of the digital press along with the features of our plotter cutter, Badger can produce a greater variety of pieces at a great savings to our customers.

As idea starters, these projects will help you see the versatility of project types that are best suited to this printer. We encourage you to present us with your challenge/project and we'll prepare an estimate.
In combination with the digital press, the plotter cutter allows Badger to produce an even greater array of projects. Since there are no die or plate charges, great savings can be realized over other methods of printing. Other features are that the intricacy and quantity of cuts are not limited, and both die cutting from the substrate and kiss cutting are possible.
An example of how the combination of the digital press and plotter cutter can save both money and time is a recent control panel project. Instead of printing a separate label and creating a die to cut it, then shipping that to the customer to apply to the control panel, Badger is able to print directly onto the metal control panel.
